Attorney Nina Fusco is an Associate Attorney at our Indianapolis office. Nina graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.  At Vanderbilt University, she completed her final year thesis in protective order jurisprudence through the perspective of neurochemistry. Outside of class, Nina built and sold a successful tutoring company. Nina has worked for a variety of litigation firms across multiple states and practice areas. 

Nina practices in all areas of family law including divorce, custody and parenting time, post-decree modifications (including child support, education expenses, and emancipation), relocation, adoption, third-party custody, and grandparents’ rights.

Nina’s passion has always been deeply rooted in helping women. Nina has led several lobbying efforts advancing women’s rights at the state level. One of her proudest endeavors was creating a free LSAT tutoring and mentorship program for working mothers. Outside of work, Nina enjoys country line dancing, playing piano, and volunteering.
