Attorney Maddy Hazek is an Associate Attorney at our Detroit office.

Prior to law school, Maddy attended Oakland University where she earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice with a Specialization in Homeland Security, and a minor in Sociology. Maddy graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in May 2022. Maddy worked for the William Booth Legal Aid Clinic where she assisted in drafting pleadings for individuals who needed assistance with their family law matters. Maddy founded the Family Law Society at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she hosted events to increase student’s knowledge and awareness of family law.

Maddy now practices in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal support.
