Justin Applegate

Attorney Justin Applegate earned her bachelor’s degree at Bellarmine University and her JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she served on the Human Rights Journal and was a contributing writer for the Intellectual Property & Computer Law Journal. Before joining WSM Law, Justin represented small business owners and later served as a Hearing Officer conducting administrative law appeals for unemployment compensation appeals affecting Ohioans. 

Attorney Justin Applegate’s practice focuses exclusively on divorce and custody cases. She finds joy in supporting women-identifying persons and helping them chart new paths through her legal practice.  

She enjoys taking her dogs to parks, horseback riding, gardening, and talking about or making art.
