Attorney Abby Richards is the Managing Attorney for our Detroit office.  Abby earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Michigan State University College of Law.  From an early age, Abby had a passion for helping others, which spurred her start in family law upon graduating from Law School.

Abby practices in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support,  and post judgment modifications.  Abby belongs to the Oakland County Bar Association and belongs to the Family Law section with the Michigan Bar.

Abby lives in West Bloomfield with her husband, young son, and their zoo of pets (two corgis and two cats).  In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time at the lake, riding bikes, playing tennis, golfing, skiing, and spending quality time with her family (including reading Open the Barn Door to her son approximately 15 times a day).
